Nose
Very varietal and clear; at the same time elegant, fresh and complex. Aromas of white fruits and citrus dominate, along with notes of fennel and scrubland on a balsamic background (anise and menthol) and a mineral memory.
Palate
In this taste phase the notes of fresh fruit appear again, also revealing an unctuous, sweet and elegant white with a soft final bitter touch. Its good acidity and great structure favor its persistence. Complex and intense retronasal.

Description
The house's flagship wine is made with grapes from vineyards owned by the family and from old vines of small winegrowers. It is the freshest and most elegant statement of its darling Verdejo. A white, in short, friendly and persistent, with a lot of volume and marked by the elegance appreciated on the nose that is repeated in the mouth.
