Es un vino muy perfumado y complejo. Destacan los aromas a frutos negros y rojos (moras, cerezas) entremezclados con toques balsámicos, especias suaves y notas florales a violetas.
En el paladar se muestra redondo, jugoso y fresco. Tiene un final largo con una marcada textura mineral. Resalta el equilibrio, ya que la frescura de la fruta prevalece con elegancia sobre el aporte de la madera.
