Nose
Pure, precise and brilliant bouquet. We find intense aromas of Pinot noir that evoke the harvest with its pure, ripe and concentrated fruit: berries and raspberry liqueur. They are followed by sweet spices, smoky notes and a touch of Pinot noir reduction with notes of undergrowth.
Palate
Concentrated and broad mouthfeel in which the red fruits are concentrated in a firm and intense texture that is presented in two stages, first a silky and broad mouthfeel followed by a firm and intense freshness. A sensation of concentration, of a whirlwind of flavors that burst finely and progressively like salt bubbles on the palate.
