Nose
Clean aroma of very high intensity, where white fruit and flowers stand out first, opening later with hints of grass skin and hay.
Palate
In the mouth it is fresh but with a lot of volume. Fresh fruit, fennel and minerality return. Dense, long palate, with a sweet and pleasant finish that invites you to continue drinking.

Description
Selection of the yolk must, the finest and most elegant. Made with 100% Verdejo grapes from old glass vines (20%) and trellised vineyards over 25 years old (80%).
The vineyards are located in the Segovian region of Nieva, at about 850 meters above sea level.
