Appearance

Straw yellow color with a steely edge, clean, bright and with dense tears.

Nose

Very high intensity, with juicy aromas of apple, stone fruit (peach, mirabelle), baked brioche and butter bread, along with notes of quince, fennel and freshly cut grass.

Palate

Creamy and voluminous, enveloping entry. Good fluidity and refreshing acidity reminiscent of sour apples and pears and floral notes and forest herbs. Long journey and intense finish.
