Appearance

Intense cherry red, with a purple rim.

Nose

Intense aroma, with complex and concentrated notes of roasted cocoa and coffee caramel, with a background of jammed red fruit (blueberry and cherries). Mineral souvenir.

Palate

Powerful, fleshy and good structure. Large, with good volume where well-integrated ripe tatinos can be seen. Dark chocolate and balsamic memories of black licorice.

From the estate of 64 hectares of vineyards that surrounds the winery in Quintanilla de Onísimo planted on trellises (cordón royat) around 1980.

Aging for 10 months in barrels (25% American barrels and 75% French barrels) (Darnajou, Taransaud, Demptos and Berthomieu) of second and third years.
