To highlight the uniqueness and particularity of a specific area within the DOca Rioja, the “Vinos de Municipio” label was born, which requires production, breeding and bottling exclusively with grapes from a specific municipality. In this case, that Cosme Palacio is labeled as “Laguardia Wine” means that all its grapes and its production process have been carried out within the municipality of Laguardia, in the Rioja Alavesa subzone.
Cosme Palacio Vino de Laguardia is born from a selection of the best vineyards located in this municipality of Rioja Alavesa, at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria, located at altitude, where Tempranillo grows optimally.
