Description
Riberal Crianza is a wine made in the traditional way in 35,000 l. capacity stainless steel tanks with 3 daily pumpings of 30 minutes for 15-18 days at a controlled temperature of 25-30 °C, followed by de-racking and allowing to rest before filling the barrels.
