Double Maturation: First aged in traditional American oak ex-bourbon barrels and then transferred to thequarter casks.

Wood Contact: Being smaller barrels, the liquid has 30% more contact with the wood, which accelerates the maturation process and intensifies the oak and vanilla flavors.
