The nose reveals ripe stone fruits (peach, apricot), tropical nuances (pineapple), along with a background of fine herbs that provides a very distinctive profile.
In the mouth it surprises with its texture, thanks to the work on lees and partial fermentation in wood, which gives it volume without losing freshness. The finish is long, with a mineral character marked by the limestone soils, and a persistent memory of white fruit and delicate herbaceous notes.
The Blanco de Matasnos 2024 is born in the vineyards at more than 800 m altitude in the Bodega Bosque de Matasnos area, where the temperature range of autumn favors a slow and complex ripening.
This vintage combines characterful white varieties, such as Chardonnay, Viognier and Verdejo, to offer a white wine with personality.
