Nose
In the still glass it is a clean, inspiring wine, you can appreciate the subtle touches of wood and spices. In aeration are the notes of berries, black fruit such as blackberry. Behind the fruit appear mineral notes characteristic of the high altitude and its limestone soils with powdery notes that give it complexity and liveliness. Also notes of blue flowers like violets.
Palate
Dry entry, It is broad in the middle and end of the palate, fatty and with a velvety body. Freshness and acidity come together in perfect harmony with pleasant tannins. In retronasal we have the presence of red fruit typical of the Tempranillo variety
